Ingredients
- 600ml Chicken stock
- 2 Eggs (whisked)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Ginger powder
- 1 tbsp Cornflour
- 2 tbsp Water
Cooking Method
- The Boil Bring stock and spices to a rolling boil; stir in the cornflour slurry to thicken slightly.
- The Bloom Add a 20ml splash of soy sauce to the stock for depth.
- The Swirl Create a whirlpool in the pot; slowly pour in the eggs in a thin stream.
- The Finish Let sit for 1 minute as the ribbons form; garnish with spring onions.
