  • 400g Salt Cod (soaked, shredded)
  • 6 Eggs (whisked)
  • 200g Shoestring potatoes
  • 2 Large onions (pureed)
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Fry onion puree and garlic until it turns into a sweet golden jam.
  2. The Scorch Add cod; fry until moisture is gone and the edges are slightly charred.
  3. The Bloom Add white pepper with a 20ml splash of water; the sizzle will bloom the aromatics.
  4. The Marriage Add potatoes; pour in eggs. Scramble on the lowest heat until a creamy golden silk forms.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw parsley and black olives.
