- 400g Salt Cod (soaked, shredded)
- 6 Eggs (whisked)
- 200g Shoestring potatoes
- 2 Large onions (pureed)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry onion puree and garlic until it turns into a sweet golden jam.
- The Scorch Add cod; fry until moisture is gone and the edges are slightly charred.
- The Bloom Add white pepper with a 20ml splash of water; the sizzle will bloom the aromatics.
- The Marriage Add potatoes; pour in eggs. Scramble on the lowest heat until a creamy golden silk forms.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw parsley and black olives.
