- 300g Long-grain rice
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry chicken skin-side down until charred and fat renders; remove.
- The Architect Sauté onion, pepper, and garlic in the fat until soft.
- The Bloom Add spices and rice with a 40ml splash of stock; toast for 2 minutes until rice is yellow.
- The Swell Add 600ml stock and return chicken; simmer covered for 20 minutes until rice is tender.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh peas and lemon wedges.
