THE GOLDEN POULTRY-FLUTES
(Our Play on Chicken Flautas)

- 400g Cooked chicken (shredded)
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 10 Small corn tortillas
- 500ml Vegetable oil
- 1 small onion (pureed)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk onion puree and spices with a tiny 15ml splash of water; toss with the shredded chicken.
- The Build Soften tortillas in the microwave; roll chicken tightly into each, forming long 'flutes'.
- The Scorch Deep fry at 180°C for 4 minutes until golden and rock-hard crispy.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw sour cream, crumbled feta, and fresh coriander.
