Ingredients: 300g Cooked Jasmine rice (cold), 3 Eggs (whisked), 1 small onion (diced), 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil...

Ingredients

  • 300g Cooked Jasmine rice (cold)
  • 3 Eggs (whisked)
  • 1 small onion (diced)
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Scramble Fry eggs in a hot pan until just set; remove and set aside.
  2. The Architect Sauté onions and garlic until golden and sweet.
  3. The Scorch Add cold rice; stir-fry on max heat for 3 minutes until every grain is hot and toasted.
  4. The Bloom Add soy sauce and a tiny 15ml splash of water to steam the rice and distribute flavor.
  5. The Marriage Toss the eggs back in; finish with sesame oil and a hit of fresh spring onions.
