Ingredients
- 300g Cooked Jasmine rice (cold)
- 3 Eggs (whisked)
- 1 small onion (diced)
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Toasted sesame oil
Cooking Method
- The Scramble Fry eggs in a hot pan until just set; remove and set aside.
- The Architect Sauté onions and garlic until golden and sweet.
- The Scorch Add cold rice; stir-fry on max heat for 3 minutes until every grain is hot and toasted.
- The Bloom Add soy sauce and a tiny 15ml splash of water to steam the rice and distribute flavor.
- The Marriage Toss the eggs back in; finish with sesame oil and a hit of fresh spring onions.
