Ingredients: 2 Chicken breasts (pounded flat), 50g Panko breadcrumbs, 1 Egg, 20g Plain flour, 2 tbsp Mild curry powder, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 Onion (pureed), 200ml Chicken stock, 1 tbsp Honey...

Ingredients

  • 2 Chicken breasts (pounded flat)
  • 50g Panko breadcrumbs
  • 1 Egg
  • 20g Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp Mild curry powder
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 Onion (pureed)
  • 200ml Chicken stock
  • 1 tbsp Honey

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Dredge chicken in flour, egg, and panko; fry until golden and very crispy; slice into strips.
  2. The Architect In a fresh pan, sauté onion puree until sweet and golden.
  3. The Bloom Add curry powder and turmeric with a 30ml splash of water to form a fragrant yellow paste.
  4. The Simmer Add stock and honey; simmer until thickened into a silky sauce.
  5. The Marriage Pour the hot sauce over the crispy chicken strips right before serving.
