Ingredients
- 500g Beef mince
- 1 tbsp Chili powder
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 Onion (diced)
- 400g Tomato passata
- 200g Cornmeal
- 100g Cheese (grated)
- 200ml Water
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry beef and onions until browned and the fat renders.
- The Bloom Add spices with a 30ml splash of water to release the fiery perfume.
- The Swell Add passata; simmer for 10 minutes until thick. Pour into a baking dish.
- The Build Whisk cornmeal, water, and cheese into a thick paste; spread over the beef.
- The Bake Roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until the corn-crust is golden and charred.
