Ingredients
- 200g Manchego cheese (sliced into 1cm triangles)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Rosemary
- 2 Eggs (whisked)
- 50g Breadcrumbs
- Oil for frying
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk the paprika and rosemary into the egg with a tiny 5ml splash of water to release the perfume.
- The Coat Dredge cheese in egg then breadcrumbs; repeat for a double thick coat.
- The Scorch Flash-fry in hot oil for 45 seconds until the exterior is a dark charred gold and the center is soft.
- The Final Flourish Serve immediately with raw honey and quince paste.
