Ingredients: 200g Sweet Potato Starch Noodles (boiled), 100g Spinach, 1 Carrot (shredded), 50g Shiitake mushrooms, 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 1 tbsp Honey, 2 tbsp Sesame oil, Black sesame seeds...
Ingredients
- 200g Sweet Potato Starch Noodles (boiled)
- 100g Spinach
- 1 Carrot (shredded)
- 50g Shiitake mushrooms
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- Black sesame seeds
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sauté carrots and mushrooms in sesame oil until soft and charred at the edges.
- The Bloom Add the soy and honey with a 20ml splash of water; boil until syrupy.
- The Marriage Toss the noodles and fresh spinach through the sauce until the greens wilt and coat the strands.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a heavy dusting of sesame seeds and a drizzle of raw sesame oil.
