(Our Play on Japanese Shogayaki / Ginger Pork)

Ingredients
- 400g Pork loin (thinly sliced)
- 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 small onion (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry pork and onions in 1 tbsp oil on high heat until the edges are golden and charred.
- The Bloom Whisk ginger and silk ingredients with a 20ml splash of water; pour over the meat.
- The Marriage Stir-fry for 2 minutes as the ginger sauce reduces to a sticky glaze that stains the pork brown.
- The Final Flourish Serve immediately with fresh shredded cabbage.
