Ingredients: 400g Pork loin (thinly sliced), 40g Fresh ginger (grated), 1 small onion (sliced), 2 tbsp Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Mirin, 1 tsp Sugar...

Ingredients

  • 400g Pork loin (thinly sliced)
  • 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 small onion (sliced)
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp Sugar

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry pork and onions in 1 tbsp oil on high heat until the edges are golden and charred.
  2. The Bloom Whisk ginger and silk ingredients with a 20ml splash of water; pour over the meat.
  3. The Marriage Stir-fry for 2 minutes as the ginger sauce reduces to a sticky glaze that stains the pork brown.
  4. The Final Flourish Serve immediately with fresh shredded cabbage.
