Cooking Method
- The Boil Boil lentils until they are completely dissolved into a thick, creamy soup.
- The Bloom Add a splash of water and whisk vigorously until smooth.
- The Assembly Pour into a bowl and add a massive knob of butter.
- The Final Flourish Top with a pile of raw diced onions, ginger matchsticks, and fresh chilies.
