Ingredients: 200g Moong dal (washed), 600ml Water, 1 tsp Turmeric, 1 tsp Salt, 1 Red onion (finely diced), 20g Fresh ginger (matchsticks), 2 Green chilies...

  • 600ml Water

Cooking Method

  1. The Boil Boil lentils until they are completely dissolved into a thick, creamy soup.
  2. The Bloom Add a splash of water and whisk vigorously until smooth.
  3. The Assembly Pour into a bowl and add a massive knob of butter.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with a pile of raw diced onions, ginger matchsticks, and fresh chilies.
