- 500g Chicken breast (thin strips)
- 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 1 tbsp Garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Chili powder
- 1 Onion (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions until golden brown; don't rush the foundation.
- The Bloom Add ginger, garlic, and spices with a 30ml splash of water to form a sharp, fragrant paste.
- The Scorch Add chicken; fry on high heat for 10 minutes until charred and dry.
- The Marriage Toss vigorously until the chicken is crusted in the ginger-pepper mix.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw ginger matchsticks and coriander.
