Ingredients

  • 500g Chicken breast (thin strips)
  • 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 1 tbsp Garlic paste
  • 1 tsp Turmeric
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Chili powder
  • 1 Onion (finely diced)
  • 2 tbsp Oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Sauté onions until golden brown; don't rush the foundation.
  2. The Bloom Add ginger, garlic, and spices with a 30ml splash of water to form a sharp, fragrant paste.
  3. The Scorch Add chicken; fry on high heat for 10 minutes until charred and dry.
  4. The Marriage Toss vigorously until the chicken is crusted in the ginger-pepper mix.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw ginger matchsticks and coriander.
