- 400g Chicken thighs (chunks)
- 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
- 1 small red onion (diced)
Cooking Method
- The Sear Fry chicken and onions until golden on all sides.
- The Bloom Whisk ginger, soy, honey, and vinegar with a 30ml splash of water; pour into the pan.
- The Marriage Simmer for 5 minutes as the liquid reduces to a dark, thick ginger-silk that clings to the bird.
- The Finish Garnish with fresh sesame seeds and spring onions.
