Ingredients: 400g Beef (paper-thin slices), 40g Fresh ginger (grated), 3 tbsp Soy sauce, 2 tbsp Mirin, 1 tsp Sugar, 1 Onion (finely sliced)...

Ingredients

  • 400g Beef (paper-thin slices)
  • 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
  • 3 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp Mirin
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 Onion (finely sliced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry beef and onions in 1 tbsp oil on high heat until the fat renders and edges char.
  2. The Bloom Whisk ginger and silk ingredients with a 20ml splash of water; pour over the meat.
  3. The Marriage Stir-fry for 2 minutes as the ginger sauce reduces to a sticky brown glaze.
  4. The Finish Serve with fresh shredded radish or cabbage.
