- 400g Beef (paper-thin slices)
- 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 3 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Onion (finely sliced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry beef and onions in 1 tbsp oil on high heat until the fat renders and edges char.
- The Bloom Whisk ginger and silk ingredients with a 20ml splash of water; pour over the meat.
- The Marriage Stir-fry for 2 minutes as the ginger sauce reduces to a sticky brown glaze.
- The Finish Serve with fresh shredded radish or cabbage.
