Ingredients
- 400g Fresh spinach (chopped)
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Garam masala
- 4 cloves Garlic (sliced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté diced onions in butter until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of water to form an aromatic paste.
- The Wilt Add spinach; toss for 3 minutes until wilted into the masala.
- The Garlic Scorch In a separate pan, fry sliced garlic in butter until deep golden; pour over the spinach.
