- 200g Egg noodles (boiled)
- 4 Spring onions (shredded)
- 40g Fresh ginger (grated)
- 2 tbsp Light soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 4 tbsp Vegetable oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Place noodles in a bowl; pile ginger and spring onions on top.
- The Bloom Whisk soy and sugar with a tiny 10ml splash of water; pour over the noodles.
- The Scorch Heat oil until smoking; pour the white-hot oil directly over the greens.
- The Sizzle The aromatics should 'pop' and wilt instantly; toss vigorously and serve.
