THE GARLIC-SILK SPUDS
(Our Play on Serbian Mashed Potatoes with Feta)

- 800g Potatoes (cubed)
- 100g Feta (crumbled)
- 50g Butter
- 100ml Milk
- 1 tsp White pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Salt
Cooking Method
- The Boil Boil potatoes until soft; drain.
- The Bloom Heat butter and milk in a small pan; add spices with a tiny 10ml splash of water to release the garlic perfume.
- The Silk Merge Whisk the hot spiced milk and Feta into the potatoes until it forms a thick, chunky white silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh chives and extra raw butter.
