Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry prawns in a white-hot pan for 1 minute per side until pink; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until it turns deep golden and nutty.
- The Bloom Add chili and pepper with a 30ml splash of wine to create a sharp fire-silk.
- The Marriage Toss cooked linguine and prawns through the sauce; add lemon juice.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and lemon zest.
