- 8 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- Fresh Parsley
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Architect Heat oil in a small heavy pan; sauté garlic slices until they turn a pale biscuit gold and smell nutty.
- The Bloom Add chili flakes and paprika with a tiny 10ml splash of water; the sizzle will release the red oils without burning the garlic.
- The Scorch Add prawns; stir-fry on high heat for 2 minutes until they curl and turn pink.
- The Marriage Toss until the prawns are coated in the glowing red garlic silk.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw parsley and a squeeze of lime to lift the fat.
