Ingredients: 400g King prawns (cleaned), 6 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 tbsp Ginger paste, 1 tbsp Chili oil with flakes, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, 2 Spring onions (sliced)...

Ingredients

  • 400g King prawns (cleaned)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tbsp Ginger paste
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil with flakes
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 2 Spring onions (sliced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
  2. The Architect Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until the aroma fills the room.
  3. The Bloom Add chili oil and soy with a 20ml splash of water to form a sharp, golden emulsion.
  4. The Marriage Toss vigorously for 1 minute until the prawns are lacquered.
  5. The Finish Top with raw spring onions and a hit of fresh lemon.
