(Our Play on Chinese Garlic Chili Prawns)

- 400g King prawns (cleaned)
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger paste
- 1 tbsp Chili oil with flakes
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 2 Spring onions (sliced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry prawns in 1 tbsp oil for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
- The Architect Add garlic and ginger; sauté for 1 minute until the aroma fills the room.
- The Bloom Add chili oil and soy with a 20ml splash of water to form a sharp, golden emulsion.
- The Marriage Toss vigorously for 1 minute until the prawns are lacquered.
- The Finish Top with raw spring onions and a hit of fresh lemon.
