- 500g Potatoes (boiled and sliced)
- 2 Red onions (finely sliced)
- 50g Butter
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Black pepper
Cooking Method
- The Architect Sauté onions in butter until they are dark, sweet, and caramelized.
- The Scorch Add the potatoes; fry on high heat until the edges are rock-hard and crispy.
- The Bloom Add garlic and spices with a tiny 20ml splash of water to bloom the herbs.
- The Marriage Toss vigorously for 3 minutes until the garlic oil coats every potato slice.
- The Final Flourish Top with fresh raw parsley and a dusting of salt.
