Ingredients
- 500g Fresh Gnocchi
- 10 cloves Roasted Garlic (mashed)
- 50g Butter
- 150ml Double cream
- 50g Parmesan
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry the gnocchi in a pan with olive oil until the edges are golden and crispy; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and stir in the mashed roasted garlic until fragrant and combined.
- The Bloom Add the thyme and pepper with a 30ml splash of pasta water to release the oils.
- The Silk Merge Pour in the cream; simmer for 3 minutes until it reduces to a thick velvet.
- The Marriage Toss the gnocchi in the silk until coated; stir in the parmesan until melted.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and a hit of lemon zest.
