  • 500g Fresh Spinach
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 tsp Nutmeg
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 100ml Double cream
  • 20g Parmesan

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until it turns a pale biscuit gold.
  2. The Bloom Add nutmeg and pepper with a tiny 15ml splash of cream; the heat will bloom the woodiness.
  3. The Marriage Add spinach; toss on high heat until wilted. Pour in remaining cream.
  4. The Silk Merge Simmer for 1 minute then stir in parmesan until it vanishes into a thick silk.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with extra raw nutmeg and black pepper.
