  • 400g Button mushrooms (halved)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Butter
  • 100ml Double cream
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Parsley

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry mushrooms in a dry pan on maximum heat until they release their water and the edges turn dark brown.
  2. The Architect Add butter and garlic; sauté until the garlic is deep golden and smells nutty.
  3. The Bloom Add the spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a fragrant golden paste.
  4. The Silk Merge Stir in the cream and lemon juice; simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is a thick velvet.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and black pepper.
