- 400g Button mushrooms (halved)
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 50g Butter
- 100ml Double cream
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Parsley
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry mushrooms in a dry pan on maximum heat until they release their water and the edges turn dark brown.
- The Architect Add butter and garlic; sauté until the garlic is deep golden and smells nutty.
- The Bloom Add the spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a fragrant golden paste.
- The Silk Merge Stir in the cream and lemon juice; simmer for 2 minutes until the sauce is a thick velvet.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and black pepper.
