THE GARLIC-SILK FUNGAL BOWL

Ingredients
- 400g Mushrooms (halved)
- 1 Red onion (minced)
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Dried Thyme
- 100ml Double cream
- 1 tbsp Sherry vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry mushrooms in butter until dark and aromatic.
- The Architect Add onion and garlic; sauté until golden.
- The Bloom Add spices with a tiny 20ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will release the smoky herb oils.
- The Silk Merge Add cream; simmer for 3 minutes until it reduces to a thick fungal silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
