- 2 Eggplants (cut into thick batons)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 5 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry eggplant batons in 3 tbsp oil until soft and the skins are charred.
- The Bloom Push eggplant aside; sizzle garlic and sauces with a splash of water.
- The Marriage Toss everything until the eggplant is melting and coated in a dark garlic silk.
