THE GARLIC-SILK DUMPLINGS

Ingredients: 400g Meat dumplings (ravioli style), 4 cloves Garlic (minced), 50g Butter, 1 tsp Smoked paprika, 1 tsp Black pepper, 200ml Sour cream, 1 tbsp Vinegar...
Ingredients
- 400g Meat dumplings (ravioli style)
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 200ml Sour cream
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Boil Boil dumplings in salted water until they float; drain.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until golden brown.
- The Bloom Add spices with a tiny 20ml splash of the dumpling water; the sudden steam will release the paprika scent.
- The Silk Merge Whisk in sour cream and vinegar off the heat until it forms a thick pink-white silk.
- The Marriage Toss the dumplings in the garlic-silk until heavily coated.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra paprika.
