  • 300g Scallops
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 tsp White pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Fresh Parsley
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sear scallops in a white-hot pan for 90 seconds per side until charred; remove.
  2. The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until it turns deep golden and nutty.
  3. The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of lemon juice; the sudden steam will release the allicin perfume.
  4. The Marriage Return scallops for 30 seconds to lacquer in the garlic silk.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and lemon zest.
