- 1 tsp Salt

Cooking Method
- The Scorch Sear scallops in a white-hot pan for 90 seconds per side until charred; remove.
- The Architect Melt butter and sauté garlic until it turns deep golden and nutty.
- The Bloom Add spices and a 20ml splash of lemon juice; the sudden steam will release the allicin perfume.
- The Marriage Return scallops for 30 seconds to lacquer in the garlic silk.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and lemon zest.
