Ingredients
- 4 slices Portuguese Cornbread (Broa)
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced to a paste)
- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tbsp White wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat the oil; add garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant but not brown.
- The Bloom Add paprika and salt with a tiny 10ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will bloom the smoky aromatics.
- The Scorch Toast the bread until the edges are blackened and charred.
- The Marriage Drench the hot charred bread in the spiced garlic silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
