Cooking Method
- The Architect Gently heat oil and garlic until it starts to turn a pale biscuit gold.
- The Bloom Add piri-piri and salt with a tiny 10ml splash of vinegar; the reaction will release the sharp spice oils.
- The Scorch Increase heat to maximum; add prawns and sear for 2 minutes until pink and charred.
- The Marriage Toss vigorously until the prawns are lacquered in the garlic-red silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive amount of raw fresh parsley and serve with bread.
