THE GARLIC-REEF LACQUER

- 400g King prawns
- 10 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Lime juice
- Fresh Parsley
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat butter and sauté garlic on medium heat for 3 minutes until pale gold and sweet.
- The Bloom Add chili flakes and a 20ml splash of lime juice to the garlic; the steam will bloom the spice.
- The Marriage Add prawns; stir-fry on max heat for 3 minutes until pink and lacquered in garlic butter.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra lime zest.
