- 200g Egg noodles (boiled)
- 4 cloves Garlic (finely sliced)
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 Red onion (sliced)
- 100g Beansprouts
- Toasted sesame oil
- White pepper
Cooking Method
- The Scorch High-heat stir-fry onions and garlic in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant and golden.
- The Marriage Add noodles and beansprouts; toss vigorously for 3 minutes.
- The Bloom Add soy sauce and a tiny 15ml splash of water to steam the noodles and coat them evenly.
- The Finish Finish with a heavy drizzle of sesame oil and a pinch of white pepper.
