THE GARLIC-LAVA FOLD
(Our Play on Balkan Lepinja with Spiced Garlic Butter)

- 6 cloves Garlic (minced to a paste)
- 1 tbsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 100g Butter (softened)
- 1 tsp Honey
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk garlic and spices with a tiny 5ml splash of lemon juice; the acid will release the allicin perfume.
- The Silk Merge Fold the spiced garlic paste and honey into the butter until it forms a uniform red silk.
- The Scorch Split the bread; spread heavily with the silk and grill for 2 minutes until blackened and charred.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley and extra sea salt.
