Ingredients
- 1 Instant Naan dough ball (approx 100g)
- 1 tsp Oil
- 20g Butter (melted)
- 2 cloves Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tbsp Fresh coriander
Cooking Method
- The Shape Roll out the dough to 0.5cm thick; sprinkle with a tiny bit of salt.
- The Scorch Place in a high-heat dry pan; cook for 1 minute until bubbles form, then flip.
- The Char Cook for 1 more minute until charred brown spots appear.
- The Finish Brush immediately with the garlic-butter glaze while still hot.
