Ingredients: 400g Beef sirloin (cubed), 4 cloves Garlic (minced), 100g Butter, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, Handful of fresh Parsley, 1 Lemon (juiced)...

  • 400g Beef sirloin (cubed)
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 100g Butter
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Handful of fresh Parsley
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Sear beef cubes in 1 tbsp oil on maximum heat for 3 minutes until charred and blackened; remove.
  2. The Architect Melt butter in the same pan; sauté garlic until deep golden and nutty.
  3. The Bloom Add pepper and a tiny 15ml splash of lemon juice to the butter; the steam will release the allicin.
  4. The Marriage Return the meat; toss in the herb-butter until every surface is lacquered.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw parsley and extra lemon zest.
