THE GARLIC-HERB FUNGAL PODS
(Our Play on Romanian Stuffed Mushrooms)

- 100g Feta (crumbled)
- 1 Egg
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Dill
- 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
- 50g Butter
Cooking Method
- The Build Whisk egg, cheese, and garlic; add spices and a tiny 5ml splash of water to bloom the dill.
- The Marriage Mix in breadcrumbs; stuff the paste into the mushroom caps.
- The Scorch Top each mushroom with a cube of butter; roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until the centers are bubbling and tops are charred.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
