Ingredients: 12 Large Button mushrooms (stems removed), 100g Feta (crumbled), 1 Egg, 2 cloves Garlic (minced), 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Dried Dill, 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs, 50g Butter...

Ingredients

  • 12 Large Button mushrooms (stems removed)
  • 100g Feta (crumbled)
  • 1 Egg
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Dried Dill
  • 2 tbsp Breadcrumbs
  • 50g Butter

Cooking Method

  1. The Build Whisk egg, cheese, and garlic; add spices and a tiny 5ml splash of water to bloom the dill.
  2. The Marriage Mix in breadcrumbs; stuff the paste into the mushroom caps.
  3. The Scorch Top each mushroom with a cube of butter; roast at 200°C for 15 minutes until the centers are bubbling and tops are charred.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
