- 1 tsp Smoked paprika
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 800ml Chicken stock
- 50ml Double cream
Cooking Method
- The Architect In a heavy pot, fry minced garlic in butter until deep golden.
- The Bloom Add paprika and pepper to the butter with a tiny splash of cream to release the perfume.
- The Swell Whisk in the flour and stock gradually; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring until thick and creamy.
- The Silk Merge Stir in remaining cream until velvety.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw crispy bacon bits and a hit of raw parsley.
