  • 100g Chickpea flour or Cornmeal
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 tsp Smoked paprika
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 800ml Chicken stock
  • 50ml Double cream

Cooking Method

  1. The Architect In a heavy pot, fry minced garlic in butter until deep golden.
  2. The Bloom Add paprika and pepper to the butter with a tiny splash of cream to release the perfume.
  3. The Swell Whisk in the flour and stock gradually; simmer for 10 minutes, stirring until thick and creamy.
  4. The Silk Merge Stir in remaining cream until velvety.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with raw crispy bacon bits and a hit of raw parsley.
