- 300g Jasmine rice (cold, cooked)
- 2 tbsp Chili oil with flakes
- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Red onion (diced)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat oil in a wok; fry garlic and onions until they are a deep, crispy golden brown.
- The Marriage Add the rice; stir-fry on high heat for 4 minutes until 'dancing' in the pan.
- The Bloom Add the chili oil, soy, and a tiny splash of water to steam the flavors into the grains.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a massive hit of raw spring onions and a squeeze of lime.
