Ingredients

  • 6 Long Red Peppers
  • 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 60ml Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Dried Mint
  • 2 tbsp Wine vinegar

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Grill whole peppers on white-hot heat until the skins are blackened and charred.
  2. The Architect Place in a bowl and cover; let the steam peel the skins.
  3. The Bloom Whisk oil, vinegar, and garlic with the spices and a tiny 10ml splash of warm water to release the allicin.
  4. The Marriage Peel and seed the peppers; drown in the garlic-mint silk.
  5. The Final Flourish Serve at room temperature with raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
