- 6 Long Red Peppers
- 4 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 60ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Dried Mint
- 2 tbsp Wine vinegar
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Grill whole peppers on white-hot heat until the skins are blackened and charred.
- The Architect Place in a bowl and cover; let the steam peel the skins.
- The Bloom Whisk oil, vinegar, and garlic with the spices and a tiny 10ml splash of warm water to release the allicin.
- The Marriage Peel and seed the peppers; drown in the garlic-mint silk.
- The Final Flourish Serve at room temperature with raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
