Ingredients: 4 Slices of sourdough bread, 2 cloves Garlic (whole), 400g Tomatoes (diced), 2 tsp Chili flakes, 1 tsp Salt, 50ml Extra virgin olive oil...

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices of sourdough bread
  • 2 cloves Garlic (whole)
  • 400g Tomatoes (diced)
  • 2 tsp Chili flakes
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 50ml Extra virgin olive oil

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Toast the bread until the edges are blackened and charred.
  2. The Architect Rub the raw garlic cloves vigorously over the hot, rough bread surface.
  3. The Bloom Toss tomatoes with oil and spices; add a tiny 10ml splash of water to help the spices swell.
  4. The Marriage Pile the tomato fire-mix onto the garlic-bread.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw fresh parsley matchsticks.
