(Our Play on Garlic Butter Hibachi Shrimp)

- 400g King Prawns (cleaned)
- 6 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
- 50g Butter
- 1 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1 tbsp Soy sauce
- Fresh parsley
- Lemon wedges
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Heat a wide pan until shimmering; fry prawns for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
- The Architect Push prawns aside; melt butter and fry garlic until deep golden and nutty.
- The Bloom Add lemon juice and soy with a tiny 10ml splash of water to emulsify the butter into a sauce.
- The Marriage Toss the prawns through the garlic silk for 1 minute.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a hit of parsley and fresh lemon.
