Ingredients: 400g King Prawns (cleaned), 6 cloves Garlic (finely diced), 50g Butter, 1 tbsp Lemon juice, 1 tbsp Soy sauce, Fresh parsley, Lemon wedges...

  • 400g King Prawns (cleaned)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tbsp Soy sauce
  • Fresh parsley
  • Lemon wedges

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Heat a wide pan until shimmering; fry prawns for 2 minutes until they turn pink.
  2. The Architect Push prawns aside; melt butter and fry garlic until deep golden and nutty.
  3. The Bloom Add lemon juice and soy with a tiny 10ml splash of water to emulsify the butter into a sauce.
  4. The Marriage Toss the prawns through the garlic silk for 1 minute.
  5. The Final Flourish Finish with a hit of parsley and fresh lemon.
