Ingredients: 600g Potatoes (boiled and cubed), 6 cloves Garlic (minced), 50g Butter, 1 tsp Black pepper, 1 tsp Salt, Massive handful of fresh Parsley, 1 Lemon (juiced)...

Ingredients

  • 600g Potatoes (boiled and cubed)
  • 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50g Butter
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • Massive handful of fresh Parsley
  • 1 Lemon (juiced)

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry potato cubes in butter and 1 tbsp oil until the edges are rock-hard and golden brown.
  2. The Architect Add the garlic to the hot pan; sauté for 45 seconds until it smells like a biscuit.
  3. The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of lemon juice; the sudden steam will release the allicin and herb aromatics.
  4. The Marriage Toss vigorously for 1 minute until every potato is lacquered in garlic-silk.
  5. The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw parsley and a final dust of sea salt.
