Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry potato cubes in butter and 1 tbsp oil until the edges are rock-hard and golden brown.
- The Architect Add the garlic to the hot pan; sauté for 45 seconds until it smells like a biscuit.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of lemon juice; the sudden steam will release the allicin and herb aromatics.
- The Marriage Toss vigorously for 1 minute until every potato is lacquered in garlic-silk.
- The Final Flourish Top with a massive hit of raw parsley and a final dust of sea salt.
