THE GARLIC-CHARRED PRAWN
(Our Play on Garlic Chili Prawns Indian-Style)

Ingredients
- 400g King prawns (cleaned)
- 6 cloves Garlic (finely diced)
- 2 tbsp Butter
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Chili flakes
- 0.5 tsp Black pepper
Cooking Method
- The Garlic Scorch Melt butter and fry garlic until deep golden and fragrant.
- The Bloom Add spices and a tiny 15ml splash of water to form a sharp, golden oil.
- The Scorch Toss in the prawns; stir-fry on very high heat for 4 minutes until they turn pink and charred.
- The Final Flourish Garnish with a handful of fresh coriander and a squeeze of lemon.
