- 6 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 60ml Olive oil
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Dried Oregano
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 Lemon (juiced)
Cooking Method
- The Coat Rub fish with salt and oil; grill skin-side down on high heat until rock-hard charred.
- The Architect Heat remaining oil and garlic in a pan until deep golden brown.
- The Bloom Add oregano and pepper with a tiny 10ml splash of water; the hiss will release the herbal perfume.
- The Marriage Drizzle the hot garlic-silk over the grilled fish.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley matchsticks and extra lemon juice.
