- 50g Cashew paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin powder
- 1 tsp Cardamom
- 1 Onion (pureed)
- 2 tbsp Oil
Cooking Method
- The Architect Fry onion puree until sweet and golden.
- The Bloom Stir in spices and a 30ml splash of water to form a yellow paste.
- The Simmer Add all veg, coconut milk, and cashew paste; simmer for 15 minutes.
- The Finish Add a final squeeze of lime and serve over gold-standard grains.
