- 400g Mushrooms (sliced)
- 1 onion (finely diced)
- 1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- 1 tsp Cumin seeds
- 1 tsp Garam Masala
- 2 tbsp Butter
- Fresh coriander
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry mushrooms in a dry pan on high heat until they release water and brown; set aside.
- The Temper Heat butter and sizzle cumin seeds.
- The Bloom Add onions and spices with a splash of water to form a paste.
- The Marriage Toss mushrooms back in; coat every slice in the spiced butter for 2 minutes.
