- 1 tsp Nutmeg
- 100ml Double cream
- 50g Gruyère (grated)
Cooking Method
- The Scorch Fry mushrooms in butter until dark and charred.
- The Bloom Add garlic and spices with a 20ml splash of water to form a smoky steam.
- The Silk Merge Stir in cream and cheese until a thick fungal-silk forms.
- The Marriage Fold the mixture into pre-made crepes.
- The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh parsley and lemon zest.
