Ingredients: 500g Beef mince, 1 Onion (diced), 1 Potato (tiny cubes), 30g Raisins, 1 tsp Cumin, 1 tsp Cinnamon, 1 tsp Black pepper, 200g Tomato passata, 50ml Beef stock...

Ingredients

  • 500g Beef mince
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 Potato (tiny cubes)
  • 30g Raisins
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 200g Tomato passata
  • 50ml Beef stock

Cooking Method

  1. The Scorch Fry beef, onions, and potatoes in oil until deeply browned and crispy.
  2. The Bloom Add spices and raisins with a 30ml splash of stock; the steam will swell the raisins and woodiness.
  3. The Swell Add passata; simmer for 10 minutes until the potato is soft and the sauce is a thick lacquer.
  4. The Final Flourish Top with raw fresh coriander and a hit of raw lemon juice.
