- 100ml Cold Espresso
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 250g Mascarpone
- 200ml Double cream (whipped)
- 1 tsp Cinnamon
- 0.5 tsp Cardamom powder
Cooking Method
- The Base Mix espresso with honey; soak ladyfinger biscuits in this dark mist.
- The Bloom Whisk the spices into the mascarpone with a tiny 10ml splash of espresso to release the perfume.
- The Marriage Fold the spiced mascarpone into the whipped cream until it forms a thick, fragrant cloud.
- The Assembly Layer the biscuits and the cream cloud in a glass.
- The Final Flourish Finish with a heavy dusting of raw cocoa powder.
