THE FIVE-COLOUR BOWL
(Our Play on Simplified Bibimbap)
Ingredients: 300g Cooked Rice (hot), 2 tbsp Gochujang, 1 tbsp Honey, 1 tbsp Sesame oil, 100g Spinach (wilted), 100g Bean sprouts, 1 Carrot (shredded), 1 Fried egg (sunny side up)...

- 300g Cooked Rice (hot)
- 2 tbsp Gochujang
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
- 100g Spinach (wilted)
- 100g Bean sprouts
- 1 Carrot (shredded)
- 1 Fried egg (sunny side up)
Cooking Method
- The Bloom Whisk gochujang and honey with a 20ml splash of water; boil for 1 minute until it forms a thick lava.
- The Architect Sauté carrots and bean sprouts separately in sesame oil until crunchy.
- The Assembly Place rice in a bowl; arrange veg in piles on top with the egg in the center.
- The Marriage Pour the hot fire sauce over the egg; stir everything together vigorously right before eating.
- The Final Flourish Add a massive hit of fresh sesame seeds.
